The male had been laying in the room, wide awake for almost four hours now. The clock in his room read three am in horrifying read numbers that glared at him like an ever haunting demon of karma. He threw a pillow at the clock and sent it to the floor, the numbers flashing briefly before he pulled the cord out of the wall and stuffed it in the closet. He ran his fingers through his hair in great exasperation and walked across the room to pick up his lap top. He flopped down on a chair in his room and lit a few candles that sat close to him on the table in the room. He opened the computer to be blinded by the blue light and typed in his password. The computer loaded his settings and he singed on to see if anyone was awake at this horrible hour.
CORPSE.x.GROOM has signed on at 3:03:43 AM.
CORPSE.x.GROOM: hello, hello, hello.
CORPSE.x.GROOM: any other insomniacs out there?
CORPSE.x.GROOM: or am i dreadfully alone?

Jaydn sat around in her room doing nothing. She had given up for the night on sketch that she was trying to do. She realized that she couldn't get the shading right in this light. She walked around and finally just turned on some music and laid down across the bed. She eventually sat up and grabbed her laptop. She turned it on to see if anyone was on and read the message from CORPSE.x.GROOM. She laughed and decieded to reply, if she was going to be awake she might as well be doing something.

The moo stirred his attention because he knew that now someone had replied to his message. He grabbed the carton of orange juice from the fridge, as well as a long bendy straw, and walked back to where he had been sitting with his laptop before he'd gotten up to go into the kitchen. He set the container on the table top, along with the straw and picked the black computer up and off the seat of the chair. He flopped down in it, stretched his long legs up on the table and then set the computer on his thighs as he read the message before him.
CORPSE.x.GROOM has returned at 3:07:39 AM.
CORPSE.x.GROOM: OMG yes. my alarm clock was staring at me...
CORPSE.x.GROOM: sometimes i swear it seems like i go for days without sleep
CORPSE.x.GROOM: it sucks because sometimes i'm so tired, but i lay awake.
CORPSE.x.GROOM: && nothing much really...
CORPSE.x.GROOM: just drinking OJ at three in the morning....
CORPSE.x.GROOM: hahah yeah i'm completely normal
CORPSE.x.GROOM: anyways, what keeps you awake at these odd hours?
The male's fingers graced the surface of the keys, as he only used his two pointer fingers to type. He was weird like that, but he was a fast typer then some people he knew that type correctly so whatever. He pulled his hands away from the key board and grabbed the carton of juice in his long fingers. He pulled open the top and grabbed the straw. He stretched it out and bent the end at a ninety degree angle then stuck it in the opening. He used his long tongue to direct the end into his mouth and sucked the juice up the straw and over his taste buds. The favorite drink made him smile, but pucker at the same time. He realized he forgot to shake it first, and so it was sour on top. He pulled the straw away and let his tongue hang out of his mouth in disappointment. He pulled the straw out, closed the carton and shook it before putting the straw in again. |

She read the new IMs, and thought for a minute. She didn't like to let people know how obsessed she was with what she did, it usually freaked them out. Aparently, normal people don't stay awake all night working on things they know they can't get right.

A soft chuckle escaped his lips as he read the new IMs that were sent to him. Yes, it had been staring at him. Those deadly read numbers had been staring at him for the past four hours and it had begun to drive him insane. So, he confronted the problem, aimed the pillow accurately and took his target down. Yes, he was oh so deadly when annoyed... Can't you tell?

CORPSE.x.GROOM: i hate when things taunt me

He picked up the orange juice again and repeated the pattern of using his tongue to get the straw. He had odd talents, but not that many people knew of them, and most talents he might not actually admit to having. He watched the screen with dark eyes and shook the orange juice again. He let the sweet liquid wash over his tongue and then set it beside him again as he moved the lap top from his thighs and set it on the table. He moved across the room to get his iHome and iPod. He set them on the table where the computer was and turned them on as to hear Hinder playing Get Stoned. He grabbed the computer against and sat on his feet as the computer rested against him. |

She took a look at he alarm cock. The big red numbers were just there, same as they'd always been. She did have a chair in her room that was out to get her though. She had tripped on the eyesore over and over again even though she kept moving it farther and farther back. She wondered what they would do if she shoved it down the hall.

CORPSE.x.GROOM: no way man. i knocked it off the table, unplugged it and shoved it in my closet.

Trevor was an art nerd as well. He loved to paint, take pictures and use different mediums such as oil pastels and charcoal. He sketched with pencil a little bit, but it didn't stay that way for long. He liked other things with more color and shade opportunities. He had always loved art and had millions of different things he'd drawn and/or painted. Painting was the best of all that he usually did, just by the pure fact that painting was messy.
When Trevor painted, he usually didn't wear a shirt and used his body as a mixing palette. He mixed colors to get the shade that he wanted, even if he only needed it for a split second. He usually painted things that were medium to big. Like before he'd come to the hotel, he'd painted his bedroom back home. It had been amazing when finished, but then well... an uncertain turn of events forced him to come here and now he was staying here. It was a shame he had to leave his masterpiece behind, but he couldn't really take his walls with him. He'd pondered the idea of painting this room, but it was hotel property and Alek, his roommate, might not enjoy the sight of him when he painted. Although he doubted that highly, he probably wouldn't do it. |

Jaydn thought about it. What was it ? She didn't just draw, she had had alot of different phases of different kinds of art, but now she was really into sketches of people. Right now what she had was a huge sheet of paper with about a hundred and twenty faces. When she did crowd sketches she usually made all but a couple mostly the same and then did something to make the different ones stand out. This time, she couldn't figure out which ones to make different. They all had different body types and expressions. To anybody else it would probably look done, but she had a feeling she wasn't through with it.
ArT_iS_lIfE : i'm in a drawing craze right now, last month it was sculpting, and before that it was collages.
ArT_iS_lIfE56 : it's a crowd thing, with alot of people.
ArT_iS_lIfE56 : just can't figure out what to do next

CORPSE.x.GRINDER: collages, still-lifes, close-ups... you name it, i can do it. i dislike anything too abstract though.
CORPSE.x.GRINDER: that sounds pretty cool. i don't usually draw people that often because i can't do it unless i look at them. i draw myself all the time, but it's not that i am boring...
CORPSE.x.GRINDER: it's just that other people are more interesting to draw.

It took a minute before the male was able to describe his feelings about drawing people. He could draw himself with quite a bit of ease, but got bored with it. He wasn't boring, but drawing himself was boring. He liked to draw other things, especially other people. But then, he knew how horrible it was to sit still for a long period of time and actually be drawn. He'd only drawn a few other people before, and he came up with interesting results, but most didn't want to sit that still. |

She knew what he meant. She really didn't have issues drawing from memory and she liked to do that. She hated asking people to sit for her because it felt so weird. They would just sit there and fidgit while she tried not to scream for them to be still. She also hated people to watch her work because it made her self concious. She got really into what she was doing and didn't really pay much attention to anything else. She could stay like that for days and she didn't think it was good for other people to see her like that. It made her feel too exposed.

He picked up the iPod and changed the song to American Idiot by Greenday. He set it back in it's iHome and turned the volume up a little bit, and began singing outloud, but quiet enough to still be to himself and not overly obnoxious. He watched the screen for a minute and then looked around the room. He was so bored. He wanted to go somewhere, bit it was three o clock in the fucking morning. where was he supposed to go?

She really did like it. She couldn't explain why, it was just better to her. She liked sunshine and all of that, but it was just too bright. Some people were scared of the dark, but she always felt safer at night.

The male typed the words in a very lazy manner. He didn't know what he wanted to do. He just wanted to have some fun. He was terribly bored, and a drink and some music sounded like fun. However, he didn't know too many people who wouldn't be beyound trashed at this hour. If there were any drinkers out at the bar still they'd be passed out or getting ready to leave. He loved hanging at the bar because it was fun, but when he was mixed with alcohol things got pretty crazy. He wasn't one of those kinds of drunks that got really mean and a busive, he was the kind that turned into a complete goofball. |

Most people were tired after not sleeping, but she got hyper. She would be bouncing off the walls if she stayed awake much longer. But then again if she went to sleep, she would be set in this schedule. She didn't mind staying awake tonight, but it would make her crazy if she did this again soon.

He moved himself back onto the floor and stretched himself out a bit. He was going to die of boredom, and it wasn't even funny. He looked around, and eyes landed on his small ps2 he'd brought with him. Don't ask why he did, but he brought it. He was a guitar hero maniac, and loved the game. It was tons of fun. He smirked slightly and let his fingers brush against the keys again.
CORPSE.x.GROOM: i think i found the answer to my boredom haha.
CORPSE.x.GROOM: i'll have to leave you too your drawing...
CORPSE.x.GROOM: but i'm gonna play guitar hero. =]
CORPSE.x.GROOM: if you get bored, i'm on the fifth floor, in room 543

He typed the last words with a laugh. He didn't have a problem inviting random people over because the other seemed pretty nice, and he didn't guess they'd come over anyway. He let his fingers press the keys down again to say goodbye before he went away for the rest of the night.
