'Then hate me when thou wilt; if ever, now;
Now, while the world is bent my deeds to cross,
Join with the spite of fortune, make me bow,
And do not drop in for an after-loss:'
The poem was recited over and over again through his mind. It wasn't as vast and open as it had once been not but a couple of hours ago as he had read over the pieces of script, and then pushing those works aside, and reading over poetry. Not just anyone at random mind you, but the all time famous William Shakespeare. There was just something about his poetry that seemed so pure and fitting to Akimitsu that drew him into the tangling of words. Intertwining with each other so flowing it was so unspeakable to explain fully their ways. If anyone in the now present moment were to try and comprehend them, it'd more than likely be hard at first to capture the past language of Europeans, but those words were what made the Sonnets unique. So special, and so well written at how he made them come alive. It was those meanings that you would get from the Sonnets by the man that drove Akimitsu so insane! He always got the feeling as if there wasn't just one meaning that people think one poem means. There was far more going through the man's mind at the time, and if only we had been smart enough in the time being to have done something to get the exact meaning and keep full files of it.
The current sonnet by Shakespeare that Akimitsu was reading over, and trying to memorize easily. Since the task had been on before on many of his other favourite sonnets by him. Sonnet 90 was this one. It held something of a compare and contrast with Akimitsu in some sort of way he thought to himself as he read over the printed words on the crisp, slightly off creme coloured pages of the thick book he had bought many years prier. It talked about sorrow; that was a word used, and it was just how Akimitsu could say he felt at some point in time. Maybe not because of his past on account it wasn't so horrid, but the Japanese boy had his reasons, and sometimes they weren't exactly that well thought out. There was allot of stress put onto him now-a-days. Keeping in contact with his family of course, and then with the pile of homework, and pieces he had to remember for classes. Being in his Junior year here in the University just added on to the difficulty level they imprinted into your hands that you had to learn to do, and wash away until something else burns into it.
'Ah, do not, when my heart hath 'scoped this sorrow,
Come in the rearward of a conquer'd woe;
Give not a windy night a rainy morrow,
To linger out a purposed overthrow.
If thou wilt leave me, do not leave me last,'
A flash of an almost un-natural red or orange coloured hair flashed by, and in through a heavy metal door that you had to push hard against to even get it to budge alittle bit. The Auditorium was like an almost sanctuary for anyone who was into the whole Arts genre of things because the majority of things took place here and on stage. It was so wonderful when it's your first time performing a piece or something, and you get the whole nervous wreck of the tightening stomach, and huge butterflies still trying to fly around. Uncomfortable at first and you never think that you'll do a good job, and you worry way too much that you'll mess up on your line or note. After wards, the rush of adrenaline is just so intoxicating that you just want more of it. That's how it seems to Akimitsu at least when he first performed his first play back in High School. Then it went onto the whole music thing because Mr. and Mrs. Rykoji were trying to recreate themselves, and were going to help their son. Making him learn the piano, and also he taught himself the guitar because it was the only other instrument that he actually liked. It was fairly easy all together to learn.
That's when the twenty-one year old looked up to see if there was anyone in there. Which who on Earth would be in here late this evening, but you never really knew because there was almost always a change in things when you least expected it. And this was something that the male expected. Yet, a very sheepish smile framed his lips against his face for the time being as he stood there in the very back of the rows of comfortable, red covered seats. Rarely had he been the person to be watching the pieces being performed because he was always in it, and always enjoying it despite the whole entire fact he was pretty anti-social and didn't like to be around those he didn't even know that well. It just felt awkward. Blinking a few moments, the steady eyes that held a weird colour in them focused more on the male that was sitting at the enormous piano in front of him; hazel colour, mixed in well with a deep red to create a red brownish colour that really sets it off with his hair whenever you stare at him at first. He thought it was a good and semi-ironic touch. Those weren't Akimitsu's words, but his Mother's on truth.
Shifting on the flat heeled boots he wore that strapped closed in the front, and only went up about a couple of inches above his ankles. Lamely he had his semi-loose pants tucked deep into the shoes, and had a bandanna tied about two inches above his knee on the outside of his pants to add some weird style to his ensemble. Of course it was like him to wear something like this because he was kind of on the 'good crazy' side with his personality and freedom. Pulled across his torso front was a loose fitting polo-type shirt that was plain black on the back, and then black and white stripes on the front going horizontally down in small strips of course. Akimitsu had a bright, yet dark hot pink coloured tie that had a few random buttons against the front of it. To put it all to the finale was his hair hanging low into his face that gave him a slight mysterious look he had hoped. If not, the older male would be alittle bit disappointed.
When other petty griefs have done their spite
But in the onset come; so shall I taste
At first the very worst of fortune's might,
And other strains of woe, which now seem woe,
Compared with loss of thee will not seem so.
Finding comfort in holding the thick book, he consumed the last bit of thriving and crippled words on the paper, and made his way down an isle towards the front of the seats. Closest to the stage. Maybe if he kept his feet from stomping the carpeted ground that he wouldn't be heard, but who couldn't miss the bright orange type hair?! Some could, but it was often considered a disruption to the class when he has to sit in front of someone who was just someone who hated Akimitsu Rykoji in the first place. The only reason why the boy would be mean was because that was how he was sometimes to protect himself, but don't give up on him just yet, because he gets nicer as you learn more about him. He'd slowly become relaxed. Closing the book, he slid it underneath his arm, and he took a silent seat into a bouncy, cushioned chair in the very front. Trying to make himself atleast near completely comfortable, he felt alittle uncomfortable knowing that he hadn't been noticed... yet
Personality:
Everyday
Alek is your very mellow male. He is often really laid back everyday, and is willing to give anyone that is around him a chance to provoke up a conversation or not. There are far more times in the day where he will come up to some random person and start talking about how his day had been going, or talking about the smallest things on earth. Like, his shoes, or the small ant that could be crawling across the concrete underneath him. It is just him all around, because he stays a friendly person. Now, it's not saying that he can't be mean, but he can be. He just doesn't have a very easy temper, so that's why he is so relaxed when he is talking to someone. Rarely will you find this boy bored out of his mind, because ever since he heard a little quote of 'Only boring people get bored', he knew he wasn't a boring person, so he's found that he was never really bored. Or at least tried to keep it not so boring by being his normal self instead of pretending like others.
Happy.ness
No one ever believes him when he says that he is never always really happy. Because, yes, there is a huge difference between him being his normal self and keeping a wide smile on his face, than from being happy. With the whole ordeal of the fuzzy feeling in your stomach, and you can't help but to giggle at nothing but nonsense. Well, at least that's how it is for him when he is happy. Which is never really until he is around close friends, or maybe when he has a crush. Oh good-golly! You wouldn't want to be around him once he's found a person - have it be a boy or girl - he'd be oh so giddy about it. None stop talking about the person, and how cute he is; or which ever his traits are in both personality and appearance. Many try and stay clear from him when they learn that he found someone he liked because of this reason. A select few would just sit there and listen, before getting annoyed and leaving.
hyper-ness
Yes, there is a definite difference between him being in his 'everyday' attitude and 'happy' attitude with people. When this boy is hyper you really want to stay away from him. He slowly becomes a two year old after you give him a whole glass of coffee! And you should know that even when you give a keep a small sip they go off the walls, and go bouncing every which way! That's how he becomes, just a 100x worse. Alek can talk, and he talks a whole lot more when he gets hyper. So, just make sure he stays away from heavy sugar and candy's. Sure he can have a few now and then, just not an over load or you will regret ever giving it to him. Though afterwards, you'll be responsible for him because you were the one who gave him candy. Bad luck.
Sad
This has to be the most easiest thing that you can do to the poor boy when you're around him. If you say something wrong to him, and or say something and he takes it in the wrong way, he could be a water leak through the eyes for hours on end. Even though, Alek really doesn't like crying in front of people, he doesn't care to show that he has a heart and isn't afraid of what people think, even if they do get to him this badly. Though, his sadness never really lasts all that too long because if he has friends with him, they can comfort him back into the right type of mental health that he needs after being insulted or something. Sometimes it's with one bad glance at him, or snarl can make him tick and go bawling, but then again he can be tough as a nail and doesn't even flinch half the time. It all depends on what mood he started out with in the beginning of the day.
Anger.rawr
Oh boy, here we go with the whole anger problem. Not really. It is really easy to get Keegan sad or really emotional in that type of concept, but when it comes to trying and getting him mad, he takes allot to get down. It's almost like he isn't suppose to, or made to get angry, but just like everyone who doesn't get angry often, you do no matter what. Trevar punched Alek not expecting that much of a fight, but there was one and both of them ended up in the hospital for a few days. Anyway, he varies with his emotions. Mainly too his anger or sadness to avoid people. People aren't too sure of what he has, but he sure does have mood swings worse than a teenage girl. (bipolar!)

Personal history:
being.born
Alek Mordecai Van Saar was born in Blackpool, England. Both his parents were from up there, and a very young couple. They had secretly eloped behind their parent's back just like any young couple that were expecting their first child ever. It was always a special moment when your first child was born, or ever any child because there was just an unspeakable bond and feeling that you always get when you held the new born babe, and you cannot see any seam of imperfection to the new life you brought into the world. Of course that's how Alek's mother really felt. The only problem they had to deal with was the whole ordeal of telling their own parents about the babe and that they were now grandparents all of a sudden. And of course they could barely keep the pregnancy under wraps.
coming.out.
Surprisingly, it had been years before they actually came and told their parents about the baby they had about eight years ago. Of course it was hard coming out and telling their parents that eight years ago they had a child. It was far more complicated to actually hide the kid away from the parents in fear of them rejecting their grandchild. Which if they weren't really that scared, then they would have learned it in the very beginning that the now Van Saar family's grandparents didn't care at all. That they'd really be grateful, and the day that they did tell about Alek they were shamefully furious with Sophia and Dorian for hiding such a thing from them. Rendering Alek's parents to be beginning drunks to wash away the pain and small anger that seemed to blur into darkness when they were drunk. The only thing they forgot completely about was their child.
out.OF.band-Aids.
Alek of course noticed the bad side that his own parents came in contact with, and simply tried to hide himself from them all together. The last thing he needed to happen was the fact his father could easily rape him and he was only at the age of thirteen, and really the trauma of being raped by your own drunk father was just a complete nightmare. Worse then watching someone die in front of you because it's just something that equals the pain, and you can't push it out of your head the same way pretty much. So, after a second thought they were both really hard to come across by and to hard to even talk about. His mother wouldn't have done anything to him besides more than likely throw things at him, and beat him badly because his mother was definitely someone who was strong.
Maybe it was the night that his parents made a bad mistake that they were dragged back to reality. The terrible turning over and tormenting smell of strong alcohol that drenched the air, and made it suffocating. Far more worse than being drown in a big vast blue-green ocean, or smothered to death in the smokes of a fire. It was just plain out terrible. It was after the worse night of Sophia's and Dorian's life from being completely drunk and buzzed beyond anything did they realize the life they were destroying. Both their very own by getting so wasted just about merely every single night, but also their son's life as well. It was a bad thing to see a child go through and everything. It was bad when he had to lock himself in her room, and hide in the closet to protect himself. Until of course his parents became unconscious and he had to drag them to bed and just go back to sleep to a better dream. Even if it was one of him dying in it. Those were great.

By the time that the alcoholics realized that they were going to have another baby was what made them freeze and think twice on the life that they had rendered to all because they held off far too long on telling their parents about Alek. The only thing that Sophia and Dorian could hope for was that they wouldn't make the same mistake, and the wouldn't be forced back to the bad part of life after the birth of their second child. They were going to make their lives better, and they'd try as hard as the possibly could. Though, by this time, it had already been three years, and Alek was now fourteen.
darker.FATE.of|life|
Ever since his parents started to take notice to him because of Sophia's pregnancy that happened all because of the married couple being completely drunk and out of it. It really was annoying the first few days of having his parents watching his every move and showing a ton of interest for their first child all of a sudden. Of course it did change, because soon after they just started to spoil him to death, and buy him whatever she wanted. And I pretty much mean anything he wanted. Though, he didn't go over board with the whole being spoiled thing, but that was merely the reason why he became the way that he was. Or at least further into the whole conceited bitch phase and everything because he 'thinks' he can get anything he wanted and at anytime. Alek was also driven to that side because of the alcohol he grew up around.
Going on Alek's fifteenth birthday, and about four months before the new baby was going to be born, his mother went into labor extremely early. Of course really, Keegan didn't really care that much, he did slightly hope that the baby was going to be born healthy. His parents weren't feeling the big thing of confidence about this early labor because really there was a risk of undeveloped organs in the baby, and then the baby could die. And that wasn't something that they wanted to happen because they knew that the bad past of drugs and alcohol would come back to them if they didn't contain themselves. And they were adults, and had an older child, so they should at least be wiser than to do a thing like that again because they'd simply give off the idea that the whole drinking and drugs was a good thing to get into. Though, Keegan knew it wasn't, and stayed away from it.
To the waiting families dismay, the baby was born and didn't give away to a cry and groan for life. For the yearning to be alive and breath. The baby boy didn't kick or squirm in the nurses hands as they tried to get the still-born to breath, whilst cleaning him off at the same time. On the way to the hospital they already chose a name as if the baby was going to survive despite the slim chances of the baby not. Demetrie Jon Van Saar was going to be the baby's name, but he didn't actually take the gasping breath of life in order for him to fully claim the name to be just his and no one else's. But definitely, the name was still his in Alek's mind, and he wouldn't be able to forget the day of his brother's birth and death. He figured that was what made him go further and further into the whole being mean phase.
not.an.ADDICTION
No, Alek hasn't forgotten about his baby brother Demetrie, and constantly visits the grave that they had buried the baby in so suddenly. The very first death in the family, and hopefully the last until a very long time in the future. Alek managed to her final year, enjoying every single moment that came her way. Though, when his mother suggested him to get a job, he smirked, and surprisingly enough went through with getting one. Sure he hated the idea of having to work the free hours of his days that he could be spending in his room or something, but he just did it to get his parents off his back because they started to get annoyed with him for once. A big shocker for him really.
adoption.
It was pretty much obvious that he wasn't adopted because of the way his parents treated him. And of course he would have noticed the difference in personality's from his parents, because they were actually similar. Well, merely for his father because he always thrives for whatever he wants, and wont stop till he gets it, but the son that her parents adopted was older than him, and he definitely didn't like it. Though, he did enjoy being the baby of the family still, but the boy seemed to get more attention because Sophia thought of him as Demetrie's reincarnation. Which he really wasn't, because he looked nothing like him, and didn't seem like that would be the still-born child's personality in Alek's eyes. Yes, he'd admit to having imagine what it would be like to have a baby brother, but definitely not and older brother. He doesn't like Trevar at all.

When I look in the mirror
Hair:[/blockquote]
Alek has his hair cut in a sort of choppy way after the hair goes in front of his ears. Behind his ears, his hair is long, and goes down the nap of his neck. It is never oily at all, and is always styled up into pieces and into some sort of funky way that he absolutely likes. Now, as for hair colour, he normally just keeps his hair colour at a crazy and wacky way. Which he hasn't dyed his hair in a long time, so it's back to being in it's healthy state pretty much now. He may not seem like he takes time with his hair - you know to fix it? - But he actually does, even though it really is a simple style to fix anytime, he is very picky at how he wears his appearance around people because he doesn't want to seem sloppy.
Eyes:
He has a very light colour of eyes that are somewhat captivating to some sort of extent he has heard. They are a mixture of yellow, with hints and specks of brown in them. They are always filled with joy, and happiness it is kind of shocking at how he can be so happy and energetic at times and hold it strong in his eyes since normally even if you have the slightly sad emotion in you, it shows through your eyes. Someone could read you like a book by looking at your eyes, but for Alek, he tries his best not to have a speck of sadness in him. Which is something that is hard from the past he came from, but who doesn't? Anyway, his eyes are sort of almond shaped, and have a good shine to them when the sun hits them from a side angle.
